As we watch “Move” and other videos, etc about choreographers, we ask:
- What is at stake in their work? Why do they make dance?
- Traditions in dance: Are they working within a tradition? Challenging? Commenting?
- What traditions are they challenging, celebrating, commenting on, learning from…?
- How/how have they altered contemporary understanding of not only dance, but art in a larger context?
- How do their ideas speak to you?

- Something surprising? Confirming? Challenging? Disturbing? ______?
